How did I save myself from corona at home ?
Thank God I am alive. I did not think that I would be able to survive. When I had COVID-19 . First of all I separated myself . When I was sick I faced Many problems, I want share all those things that I faced during Coronavirus infection.
What was my situation during COVID-19 ?
I had common cold. That is not too much serious, It is normal and when the weather changes it may be happen common cold. I was not serious at that time. But when as soon as I got fever, I was in tension. Because I used to keep watching about corona in News. Whatever was being told in the news about Corona or COVID-19 was happening with me, like High fever, sneezing, cough, headache, breathing problem, loss of smell, loss of taste etc. I did not even like to eat at that time. Sometime it seemed that I would not be able to alive.
Sometime I also had discolored blood from my nose with mucus. I will tell you full details below, How I did protect myself .
What was my diet schedules ?
- First of all I avoided all things which was not safe for me at that time.
- I always used hot water to drink.
- Tried to eat healthy food.
- I used to take medicine properly at time. I had lot of cough and gradually increasing , I used Cough Syrups for stop coughing continuously .
- I used to take KADHA 2-3 times in a day.
- I used cetirizine for stop sneezing.
- Take properly rest.
- Avoid cold food.
By applying those technique I saved myself from Corona .
How to make KADHA :
Take 1 glass of water, put into cooking pot add 8-9 black pepper, 3-4 Black cardamom, little piece of ginger and boiled on slow flame till 1 glass of water becomes half glass of water. Now your KADHA is ready to intake. you have to intake KADHA just like Tea. It will Boost you Immunity ,which will protect you from bacterial / viral Infections.
